Pastor Justin Crews
Justin is from this area of Virginia and has been a pastor/lay elder of Furnace Creek Baptist Church since February of 2026. He and his wife Angee have years of ministry experience in Central America and West Africa. Justin works primarily in the construction industry. He is passionate about evangelism, international missions, and ministry to men.
Pastor Philip Bramblet
Philip has been the pastor of Furnace Creek Baptist Church since November of 2015. He and his wife Rachel both grew up in missionary households overseas: Philip in West Australia and Rachel in Papua New Guinea. Philip loves teaching verse by verse through Scripture, emphasizing the original context and how it applies to us today. He is happy to try to answer any questions you have about the church or spiritual matters. Philip has led Furnace Creek to adopt an elder-led congregational model of church governance. He is eager to train men in the church to become leaders in the church, in their homes, and in society.
